We   offer 3 yr-18 yr tumbling classes, competitive cheer & squad cheer!

Any candidate who will attain the age of 5 before August 1st and who will not attain the age of 12 before August 1st of the year in question shall be eligible to compete. The league offers cheerleading for 5-7 year old for Rookie Division, 8-12 year olds for Varsity Division. The Flag and Varsity divisions do not have cheerleaders.

KFL Cheer is a team-centered, self-esteem building program for girls in K-6th grades. In addition to learning the basics of cheerleading, KFL squads will practice creative cheers, chants and basic routines throughout the season, all while providing excitement and energy on the field during games!
